This two-day classroom course equips agents, brokers, students, and allied professionals with essential skills, resources, and business practices for success in commercial real estate. Through real-world case studies, you’ll learn to analyze leases, evaluate investment value, and create a plan to launch your career. The course covers demographic analysis for decision-making, understanding owner and tenant needs, developing personal and property marketing plans, and applying basic financial tools. You’ll learn to solve investment problems, perform mortgage calculations, project income and expenses, and calculate yields. Participants also receive the CCIM Financial Calculator to efficiently model investment scenarios for clients.
