CI 104 covers the entire investment life cycle, including refinancing, capital improvements, and disposition, while addressing critical investor decisions such as whether to use debt financing, make discretionary capital expenditures, or evaluate disposition alternatives. The course builds on core CCIM concepts with advanced tools like sensitivity analysis to measure the impact of market changes and risk analysis to anticipate and mitigate internal and external threats through strategic planning and negotiation. By the end of the course, you will be able to apply decision-making analyses to optimize returns, forecast performance by quantifying real estate risk, and leverage CCIM analytical tools to improve investment decisions.
